The QJX series down-suction submersible pump is a new type of water lifting machinery meticulously developed by Tianjin Zhijiang Pump Industry. It is widely used for water extraction from rivers and lakes; mine water supply and drainage; construction or renovation of urban tap water systems, and various regional secondary water supply systems. The QJX down-suction pump adopts an integrated design with excellent overall structure, simple installation and maintenance, and stable operation. It features high mechanical efficiency, significant energy-saving effects, and low operating costs. The motor utilizes dynamic water jacket cooling, providing excellent heat dissipation conditions and effectively extending the motor's service life. There is no need to build a pump room or fixed lifting equipment, greatly reducing the investment in civil engineering and supporting equipment for the water supply system. The equipment operates submerged, producing no noise, water leakage, or oil leakage, causing no environmental pollution, and is easily concealed to harmonize with the surrounding environment. Down-Suction Submersible Pump Motor Parameters
The submersible motor is lubricated by clean water. Before use, the motor cavity must be filled with clean water (Note: It must be filled completely; otherwise, the motor's service life will be reduced). If water is forgotten, the motor will burn out quickly.

380V/50HZ, 660V/50HZ. If customers require special voltage or frequency, please inform us in advance.
Materials: Special materials and special requirements require customization.
Impeller: Cast iron HT200, or tin bronze (various grades) such as: ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1
Pump casing: Cast iron HT200, or stainless steel such as: 2Gr13, 304, 316, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, etc.
Pump shaft: Stainless steel 2Gr13 (tempered at 1050°C to enhance torque)
Motor seal: Rubber seal O-ring; skeleton oil seal/mechanical seal.
Motor expansion adjustment bladder is made of rubber.
